Acrylic Types
- Clear (Transparent): Standard clear acrylic. Print shows through from back.
- Translucent (Frosted): Semi-transparent with frosted finish. Diffuses light.
- Opaque (Solid Color): Solid colored acrylic. White, black, or custom colors.
- Mirror: Mirror-finish acrylic. Reflective surface.
- Glow-in-the-dark: Phosphorescent acrylic. Charges in light, glows in dark.
Tolerances
- Dimension tolerance: ±0.1mm (laser cutting)
- Thickness tolerance: ±0.1mm
- Print alignment: ±0.2mm
- Color matching: ΔE ≤ 3 (industry standard)
- Defect rate: ≤1.5% (100% QC inspection)
- Edge quality: Smooth flame-polished edges, no burrs
File Requirements
- Format: Vector files preferred — AI, SVG, EPS, PDF
- Raster minimum: 300 DPI, actual size
- Color mode: CMYK for print, Pantone for exact color match
- Cut line: Separate layer for cut path (vector stroke, no fill)
- Bleed: 1mm bleed for print area
- Fonts: Convert all text to outlines
- Free design support: We convert your files to production-ready format at no cost
Cutting & Setup Fees
- Laser cutting setup: $80 per design (one-time)
- Complex shape surcharge: +$20 per design (intricate cut paths)
- Reorders: No setup fee — only per-piece price
- Multiple designs: Each unique shape requires its own setup fee
